East Baton Rouge Family Court judges decide divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, paternity and related family matters in East Baton Rouge Parish. The court has four judges, and Division C is chosen by voters in Election Section 2. Family judges are elected for the same term and at the same time as other Louisiana district judges, which is six years. Next election: November 2026.
